WINTER PARK, FL — Nicole Daruszka, CEO, announces Cosmopolitan Title’s expansion into the Florida West Coast market with the opening of their new Tampa office on November 3, 2003. The companies success in its initial year of service in the Central Florida market led to the decision to fill the same niche in the Tampa area.
